Ordering a gPro model: accurate 3D roof models

Order an interactive 3D roof model with 99% accurate measurements.

Before you begin ordering 3D models through gPro, confirm the following:

You have an account with Geospan.
✓ For individuals, see Signing up with Geospan: new, unassociated users.
✓ For users associated with a company or organization, see Adding users: account holder user management.
You are logged in to your account and have the Customer Home Page open.
You have a valid payment method added to your account. For more information about payments, see Paying for an order: Geospan account holder payment methods.

Note: if you would like to include multiple buildings within the same order, read Ordering multiple buildings with gPro.

Select Order a gPro Model from the Customer Home Page.
Enter your property details into the address bar.
Confirm the location of your property and select the footprint of the building you want modeled. If there is no footprint available, read What if my building has no footprint to select?
To help you organize your orders, fill out the optional fields Customer Name and Reference ID or Policy Number.
Utilize the Notes for production space to clarify to our modeling team what exactly you do/don’t want modeled.
Confirm the details and price estimate of your order.
Select your payment method and/or add a coupon code.
Select Submit order.

Note: To remove a building from your order, select that building's highlighted footprint (from the Select building tab) to deselect it.

An order confirmation is displayed. We send an email to you when we start working on your order.

On the order confirmation page, you can View this Order, order a New gPro Model, or View all Orders.
