If you are an Account Holder, you can add Associate Users under your company’s account.

As the Account Holder, confirm you are logged in to your Geospan account with the Customer Home Page open.
Note: you cannot invite a user if their email address has already been
registered with a Geospan account.
How to add Associate Users
Actions for the Account Holder
- Navigate to User Management under the Accounts tab on the Customer Home Page.
- Select Invite User and enter the email address of the individual you would like to invite to your company account.
A pop-up notification confirms the invite was sent.
Actions for the invitee
- Look for an email from the address support@geospan.com (you may need to check your spam folder).
- Follow the link in the email to create and register a user account. This account will automatically be created as a subsidiary under your company’s account.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can add?
No, you can add as many users as you require.
Can I add multiple users at once (bulk load)?
No, you can only add one user at a time.
What does the “Delete invite” button do?
On the User Management tab, you will find a trash can icon to the right of your Associate User’s email address titled Delete invite. Clicking it will remove the user from the User Management tab and break the invite link that was emailed to them preventing them from re-registering a new account under your company).
Note: This action does not delete a user from your company account. If the user has already accepted their invite under your company, they will still be able to order through your company account. To remove them permanently, contact us.
Can I link existing accounts to my company account?
No, to add an Associate User the email address must not be linked to any preexisting Geospan account.
