Understanding the Account Holder user role and how to leverage it for your business needs
What is an Account Holder?
The Account Holder serves as your company’s primary representative within the Geospan environment. This role involves managing your company’s payment methods, APIs, and the addition of Associate User accounts.
- If you sign-up via Geospan.com: Geospan assigns you the Account Holder role.
- If you sign-up via an email invite: Your organization's Account Holder has given you access to that organization's account via an Associate User role.
What are the full responsibilities of an Account Holder?
Account Holder roles can perform the same actions as an Associate User and:
- Edit the Company profile page
- Add new Associate Users
- Delete invites sent out to Associate Users
- Add/remove payment methods
- View and configure API keys and webhooks
