Signing up with Geospan: new users

Sign up with Geospan to begin ordering estimates and 3D models.

Before You Begin

This process is for new, unassociated users only. If your company already has an account set up with Geospan and you would like to place your orders under that company account, contact your company’s account holder for an invite.

If you are signing up as an individual, being the sole orderer, continue with this article.

Important: If you're part of a company or organization, do not sign up without first contacting the Geospan Account Holder for your organization. Adding users: account holder user management provides instructions for how an account holder can add users.

Important: If you would like to integrate with Xactimate, make sure that the email you use to register with Geospan matches that of your Xactimate account.

Sign Up with Geospan

Select SIGN UP in the Geospan.com header.
Enter in your preferred email address and password.

Caution: if you plan on integrating with Xactimate, the emails attached to your Geospan and Xactimate accounts need to match. You cannot change the email under your Geospan account after this step.

3. Provide your First name, Last name, Mobile Number, Preferred time zone, Preferred Units,
and your Company name to complete registration.

Registration is now complete. You may be asked to login again. You will be directed to the Customer Home Page where you may start ordering 3D models with gPro and 30 second estimates with gSquare.
