What if my building has no footprint to select?

Learn how to successfully order a gPro Model when the footprint is missing, and what to do for gSquare estimates

In attempting to order the address 114 Windstone Dr, we find that there is no footprint to select, preventing us from proceeding with the ordering process. 

  1. Confirm that the address you entered is correct.
  2. Select the closest available footprint and select Next.
    1. If there are no footprints near your address, zoom out and pan the map until you find an orange footprint to select. You cannot proceed with your order until you select a footprint.

  3. In the Additional Information page, enter the following in the Notes for production box: No footprint available, please model the following address: [your building’s address].
    1. If the building you want modeled doesn't have an address (like a shed, barn, or detached garage), use the Notes for Production space to describe its location using reference points on your footprint map. If you're unsure how to describe it, submit a support ticket with the category of Order Issue, and our Customer Success Team will assist you to ensure we model the correct building.
  4. Submit the order as usual; we’ll process the measurement for the specified address, not the selected footprint, and contact you promptly with any questions.
