The Order Summary Page gives you the ability to review all jobs within the same order, download measurements, and review the details of each individual job.
Access the Order Summary Page
- From the Customer Home Page, navigate to the Orders tab.
- Select the underlined Order ID number of the order you would like to review.
You have successfully opened an Order Summary Page if you view a page similar to the following:
The Order Summary Page compiles all jobs from the same order within the same place, allowing you to download and export measurement data together, or access each specific job individually.
What can you do from the Order Summary Page?
Access a Job Summary Page
To access a Job Summary Page and view the 3D model and measurements for a single, specific building, select the underlined Job ID number that corresponds to that building. Read Reviewing your job and model: the Job Summary Page for more information.
Download Aggregated Measurement Data from your Order
If your order contains gPro products, you can download those model details. To download gPro model document data, select the Download as… button and choose your preferred file type. Currently, Geospan supports the following file formats:
- Docx
- DXF
- ESX
- GeoJSON (Edges)
- GeoJSON (Facets)
- XML (Symbility)
- XML (Verisk)
By downloading the gPro model document from the Order Summary Page, you receive the combined measurements of all the jobs in your order, and the individualized measurements for each of those jobs/models.
Order New Measurements
Select the + New order button to begin the process of ordering a new gPro model or gSquare estimate.
When you are finished reviewing an order you can return to the dashboard by selecting the Home icon in the upper left corner of your screen or select the Orders tab to return to your Orders Dashboard.
