The Job Summary Page gives you a chance to review your job and model details individually and download measurements if needed.
Access the Job Summary Page
Option 1: From your Job is Completed email notification, select the link which will bring you directly to the Job Summary page.
Option 2:
- Log into Geospan.
- From the Customer Home Page, navigate to the Orders tab.
- Select the underlined Job ID number of the model you would like to access.
- Alternatively, you can access a Job Summary Page via the respective Order Summary Page to which your job is included.
You have successfully opened a Job Summary Page if your window looks similar to the following:
What can I do from the Job Summary Page?
Download Measurement Data from your Job
To download a job’s gPro Model Document, select the Download Summary button. Currently, Geospan only supports the Docx file format when downloading from a Job Summary Page.
To download a gPro Model Document in XML or ESX file formats, navigate to the Order Summary Page to which your job belongs. Read our article: Review your order: the Order Summary Page for more information.
Enable Sharing
To share your job, select the Share button and toggle the “Enable sharing for this job” button. A shareable link is generated.
Note: Recipients of a shareable link do not need to have an account with Geospan to access Job Summary pages. Recipients of a shareable link will not have access to the left side menu or the ability to download the gPro Model Document, generate a share link or place an order.
Order New Measurements
Select the + New order button to order a new gPro model or gSquare estimate.
Download Image
Select the download icon to capture your 3D model or oblique imagery as it is oriented currently in your viewer. Currently, Geospan supports the following file formats:
- PNG
- GeoJSON (edges)
- GeoJSON (facets)
- DXF
- XML
Note: you may find this figure in the 3D, Map, and Oblique tabs.
View Facet and Edge Totals
Here you may find the area totals of your facets, separated by material and pitch, and the length totals of your edges, separated by edge type. To copy these totals, select the copy icon . Below is the legend corresponding to each material and edge type offered by Geospan:
"Custom" markings denote the edges surrounding a skylight cutout. You should not see more than one custom marking used per model.
Disregard lines set as "unset", they will not impact your roofing measurements.
Beneath these tables you will find the total area of your model and waste factor totals:

Interacting with your 3D Model
- Reorient the model in 360° by clicking/tapping and dragging across your canvas grid map.
- To change the focal point of your canvas grid map:
- Desktop Users: while holding the CTRL key, click and drag across your canvas grid map.
- Mobile Users: place two fingers on your canvas grid map and move across your screen.
- To zoom in/out:
- Desktop Users: hover your cursor over the canvas grid map and scroll.
- Mobile Users: place two fingers on your canvas grid map and move them apart or close together to zoom in or out, respectively.
- Click or tap on a facet to display its material type, pitch, and area.
- Click or tap on an edge to display its classification and length.
Note: if you do not see the canvas grid map and 3D model, your job has not been completed yet.
View 3D Model against Overhead Imagery
Interacting with the Overhead Imagery
- To change the focal point of the image, click/tap on the image and drag across your screen.
- To zoom in/out:
- Desktop Users: hover your cursor over the image and scroll.
- Mobile Users: place two fingers on your image and move them apart/close together to zoom in/out.
- Click or tap on a facet to display its material type, pitch, and area.
- Click or tap on an edge to display its classification and length.

Geospan provides you with the following images, available for your viewing and download in the .JPG format:
- Overhead oblique with model wire frame and facet area
- Overhead oblique with model wire frame and facet pitch
- Overhead oblique with model wire frame and edge lengths
- Overhead oblique
- Northern oblique
- Eastern oblique
- Southern oblique
- Western oblique
To download, select the three dots icon in the upper righthand corner of your desired image and select Download image.

Interacting with the Oblique Imagery
- To change the focal point of the image, click/tap on the image and drag across your screen.
- Click or tap on a facet to display its material type, pitch, and area.
- Click or tap on an edge to display its classification and length.
- Pan through the oblique images by selecting the Ortho-North-South-East-West buttons located at the top of your image.
- Toggle line and facet labels or turn your model wire frame on/off at the bottom of your image.
When you are finished reviewing a job you can return to the dashboard by selecting the Home icon in the upper left corner of your screen or select the Orders tab to return to your main Orders Page.
