Frequently Asked Questions
Will I incur additional charges for requesting changes?
In most cases, requesting changes will not affect the price of your order. However, if your request involves adding a significant number of complex features, there may be an additional charge. Our Customer Success team will notify you of any price adjustments and confirm your approval before making changes.
If your request requires removing enough complex features to lower the order’s price, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the difference.
