Changing Account Holders: organizational management

This article describes the process for transferring the Account Holder role to another user(s).

How can I change my company’s Account Holder?

At this time, Geospan does not provide a feature for companies to independently change the Account Holder. However, Geospan can process this change internally upon request. To request a change:

  1. Submit a support ticket with the Account Management category.
  2. Record the emails of both your current Account Holder, and the user you would like to acquire the Account Holder role.
  3. Follow-Up: our Customer Success Team will contact you to assist with updating the Account Holder.

Can there be multiple Account Holders?

Yes, it is possible to assign multiple Account Holders. To do so:

  1. Submit a support ticket with the Account Management category.
  2. Record the emails of all the users you would like set with the Account Holder role.
  3. Follow-Up: our Customer Success Team will contact you to assist with updating the Account Holder.
