Confirming your order: the Order Review page

The Order Review page gives you a chance to view your order in its entirety before submission.

If you see any issues with your order you can select the < Back link in the lower left corner to edit your order.

Can I add multiple coupons to a single order? 

No, you may only use one coupon per order. 

Why is my coupon code not being accepted? 

Coupon codes are case sensitive, try typing it in using all capital letters. If that does not work, please reach out to your Sales Rep or contact our Customer Support team at support@geospan.com.  

Can I use my coupon on gSquare orders? 

No, you may only use coupons for gPro orders. 

Can I use both a coupon and a credit card to pay for my gPro order? 

Yes, you may use both. If you have entered a valid coupon the discounted price will be reflected on the page.  

Is the price I see on my gPro Order Review page final? 

No, the price you see on the gPro Order Review page is an estimate and is subject to change depending on the complexity of the model you ordered. However, in the unlikely event that you will be up-charged, our Customer Success team will reach out to you prior to the order’s completion to confirm whether you would still like our modeling team to complete fulfilling your order. 

Important: To complete your order, select Submit Order. You'll know your order is successful when you see the Order Confirmation page.
