Reset Password Instructions

Follow these steps to find out how to reset the password to your Geospan customer account.

 

Note: at this time, users are not able to change their password when they are already logged into their account.

From Geospan.com

  1. Select Login in the website header.
  2. From the login page, select Forgot password?
  3. Enter your account’s email address and select Continue.

Geospan has now sent a password change request to your email. If you do not receive that email you may choose to Resend email from this window.

Tip: If you still receive no email, check your email's spam folder and consider adding the support@geospan.com email to your email client's users approved list.

From your email

  1. Open the Password Change Request email sent to you by support@geospan.com and select the CLICK HERE link.
  2. From the Change Password page, enter a new password that contains the following:
    1. At least 8 characters
    2. At least 3 of the following:
      1. Lower case letters (a-z)
      2. Upper case letters (A-Z)
      3. Numbers (0-9)
      4. Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
  3. Select the Arrow icon when you are done.

A pop-up notification confirms that your password has been successfully reset. You will be directed back to the Geospan Sign Up/Login page.

Tip: We suggest you write down your new password in a safe place for future reference if needed.
