Follow these steps to find out how to reset the password to your Geospan customer account.
Note: at this time, users are not able to change their password when they are already logged into their account.
From Geospan.com
- Select Login in the website header.
- From the login page, select Forgot password?
- Enter your account’s email address and select Continue.
Geospan has now sent a password change request to your email. If you do not receive that email you may choose to Resend email from this window.
Tip: If you still receive no email, check your email's spam folder and consider adding the support@geospan.com email to your email client's users approved list.
From your email
- Open the Password Change Request email sent to you by support@geospan.com and select the CLICK HERE link.
- From the Change Password page, enter a new password that contains the following:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- Select the Arrow icon when you are done.
A pop-up notification confirms that your password has been successfully reset. You will be directed back to the Geospan Sign Up/Login page.
Tip: We suggest you write down your new password in a safe place for future reference if needed.
