Pricing Structure
Geospan currently offers three products: gSquare, gPro Xpress, and gPro, each with their own unique draws and benefits (for more information, visit our Product Comparison page). Within the gPro product, Geospan offers three distinct pricing tiers based on the square footage of the roof. Pricing is structure as follows:

gPro: No, the price is an estimate and may change based on the model's complexity. If an upcharge is needed, our Customer Success team will contact you before completing your order to confirm if you'd like to proceed.
Does Geospan offer custom quotes for large, highly-complex jobs?
All orders larger than 20,000 ft2 will be quoted at the $199 price tier. Depending on the complexity, a Geospan representative may need to reevaluate your order. They will contact you directly in the event a custom quote is required prior to modeling your order.
How does Geospan determine my gPro price prior to modeling?
Using proprietary, AI-driven software, Geospan instantly estimates your building's square footage before it is handled by our modeling team.

Does Geospan offer a subscription?

When you set up an account with Geospan, you pay as you go. For added convenience, we also offer the option to be invoiced monthly for all your orders. No minimums, no contracts, no strings attached.
