Check order status: updates and notifications

Methods to determine the status of, and receive updates for, your gPro 3D models.

Customer Home Page

You may find the status of your gPro 3D model by finding it under the Orders tab on the Customer Home Page. Your order will be categorized within one of the following queues:

  • Canceled: we are unable to fulfill your order.
  • In Progress: we are in the process of fulfilling your order.
  • Completed: your order has been fulfilled and is ready for viewing.

Email Updates

Geospan will automatically send you the following updates to the email(s) listed under your account:

  • Job STARTED: our modeling team has begun to model your order.
  • Job CANCELED: your order cannot be modeled.
  • Job COMPLETED: your order is available for viewing.

Note: these notifications will be sent to all users associated with your account. To view all associated accounts, visit the User Management tab on the Customer Home Page.

Support Ticket: 

If you require an immediate status update on your current order(s), submit a Support ticket with the category of Order Issue. Include your order/job number in the Short Description box, and a member of our Customer Success team will be in contact with you shortly.
